1. Commitment
New York AI Forum™ aims to provide a professional experience that is usable by people with a broad range of abilities, devices and assistive technologies. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing design and operational responsibility.
2. Digital accessibility
We aim to use semantic structure, keyboard-accessible navigation, readable contrast, meaningful alternative text, responsive layouts and clear focus states. Our design objective is to align substantially with widely recognized accessibility practices, including WCAG 2.2 Level AA where reasonably achievable.
3. Event accessibility
Venue accessibility, seating, mobility, hearing, visual or other accommodation needs may vary by location and format. Participants who require an accommodation are encouraged to contact the Forum sufficiently in advance so that available options can be discussed.
4. Third-party services
Some registration, payment, video or embedded services are provided by third parties. We do not control every aspect of their accessibility but aim to select and configure services with accessibility in mind where practical.
5. Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please provide the page or service involved, the nature of the barrier and any relevant assistive technology information. Feedback may be sent to info@newyorkaigroup.com.
6. Ongoing improvement
Accessibility testing and remediation are iterative. Changes to content, plugins, embedded services or browsers can introduce new issues, which we aim to address as they are identified.
