1. Purpose
New York AI Forum™ is designed for substantive professional exchange. This Code applies to attendees, speakers, partners, media, vendors, staff, volunteers and invited guests across Forum spaces and official digital channels.
2. Expected conduct
Participants are expected to engage professionally, respect differing perspectives, follow moderator and venue instructions, protect confidential or off-the-record information, avoid disruptive behavior and contribute to a safe environment.
3. Unacceptable conduct
Unacceptable conduct includes harassment; discrimination; intimidation; threats; stalking; unwanted sexual attention; deliberate disruption; violence; unsafe behavior; unauthorized recording in restricted rooms; credential misuse; doxxing; or conduct that materially interferes with another participant’s ability to take part.
4. Reporting concerns
Concerns may be raised with on-site Forum staff or sent to info@newyorkaigroup.com. In an emergency, participants should contact venue security or local emergency services as appropriate.
5. Response and enforcement
We may investigate concerns, request that conduct stop, change seating or access, remove a participant, revoke credentials, contact venue security or take other reasonable measures. Serious or immediate safety concerns may be escalated to appropriate authorities.
6. Retaliation
Retaliation against a person who raises a good-faith safety or conduct concern is not acceptable.
7. Confidential sessions
Some executive or institutional sessions may operate under specific confidentiality, non-attribution or recording rules communicated at the room or invitation level. Participants are expected to respect those rules.
